Step 2: Prepare all the required documents.

After studying the information, you need to prepare the documents by considering 4 important questions.

Step 3: Submit DTV Visa Application Documents

1. Check the website of the Thai embassy in the country where you will submit your application.

2. Download the visa application form.

4. Book an appointment to submit documents at the Thai Embassy.

Step 4: Wait for the DTV visa.

✅ If you apply through the embassy, the visa will be affixed as a sticker in the passport

📌 When entering Thailand, the immigration officer will stamp the visa expiration date, for example

• Enter Thailand on September 12, 2024

• Stay for 180 days, until March 10, 2025

Step 5: Renew the DTV visa

After 180 days, there are 2 options to extend your stay

1️⃣ Renew at the Immigration Office

• You can get an additional 180 days

• Fee of 1,900 Baht

• No need to travel outside the country

2️⃣ Exit the country and re-enter Thailand

• The immigration officer will stamp an additional 180 days
